Our Charges We want our charges to always fit within your budget, so you
can always have the high-quality care service we offer on a daily basis. With
costs being based upon our outgoings, charges will usually be made up of staff
time, travelling and working within your home.
Although many of our customers pay with private funds, many
customers can use their personal budget allocated from social care.
Personal Budgets For Social Care Personal budgets allow people to still pay for their social
care with help from the council who can provide the budget for the social care
you require. This was introduced by the government to give more choice on the
support you need and help you improve your quality of life.
Using your personal budget is a great option and ensures you
are:
Getting
the Help You Need Quickly & in a Way That Fits Into Your Lifestyle Getting the Right Kind of Support, When You Need It With a personal budget, you can always choose the support you need and pay for it with money allocated by the council.
How Is It Different to Traditional Ways of Receiving Services? The tradition of receiving these services would have been for your social worker to organise the support you require and were eligible for from the council. This could include, visits to day centre, transport, home care or meals on wheels.
With a personal budget, the service now differs as you have
more choice and control over the care you receive. This could allow you to
attend any activities whilst still receiving traditional methods of support.
With a personal budget, you always have the choice of what care you need and
get from our team.
